Fractional Ownership: OWN The American Dream
If you have ever wanted to own an exotic sports car but do not want to deal with the hassles of storage, depreciation, maintenance, cleaning, and cost, this is for you.

American Dreams, Inc. is currently in the process of purchasing several high end exotic sports cars that will be shared amongst several factional owners as a private ownership club. These cars will not be rented, but rather owned by the members and shared between them on a schedule managed by the members. Members will have full access to all events at Club Auto, will qualify for a special Founding Membership rate to the Motor Sports Country Club, and be able to drive any of the cars in the club. Insurance will be provided to members, and all maintenance, cleaning and storage is included.

It is important to note that this is an EQUITY membership where you will own a percentage of the car. After you membership is paid for, if the members sell the car(s) you will be entitled to your percentage of the profits to be taken or used towards another purchase.

Memberships will start at $25,000.00 and can be financed just like any other car.
